Гарне розташування, будинок новий, красивий. Помешкання з гарним ремонтом, чисте та затишне. Дякуємо Марії, яка завжди була на звʼязку.

Розміщення, доступ до приміщення. Сам ЖК. Безпека для дітей. Близькість ТЦ. Супровід до заселення. Наявність дрібничок ( чай, кава).
Відсутність балконів в квартирі. Відсутність місць для паркування. В приміщенні потрібно вже зробити косметичний ремонт і відремонтувати незначні недоліки.

Новий жк; розташування; поряд великий ТРЦ.
Чистота квартири бажає кращого. Дуже брудна підлога, здається її перед нами не прибрали - бруд та блискітки прилипали до ніг, прийшлося самій мити підлогу - тому, що це було мега неприємно. Не працювали належно ручки(замки) на дверях в спальню та туалет.
