Bluebell Wood Shepherds Hut Cosy Woodland Retreat

Great location, very peaceful, very well furnished and finished shepherds hut.

There was nothing not to like, it was perfect, the craftsmanship of the Shepherds Hut was first class. All of the internal finishing were sensitive to the style and surroundings and well as some extra added touches . It was lovely to be able to sit on the picnic bench and listen to all of the birds in the wooded area, see the dragon flies flying around, a family of deer in the field. It was all just what we needed to escape our chaotic life for a few precious days.

Attention to detail inside the shepherds hut was amazing. The inside was very clean tidy and a bonus of having a full-size shower. Please note you’ll have to take your own towels. Which isn’t a problem. The bed was very comfortable and a great size. Lovely to have tea and coffee plus fresh milk in the fridge very nice touch. Cutlery, etc all you need for a short stay. A lovely steam train passes very close by but doesn’t run in the evening. Easy located to get into Swanage by taxi or by car. Outside space was very natural and would definitely recommend staying here. Communication was excellent.
