Lovely little cottage with amazing view of Swanage bay . Great for walkers but hilly for older people . Pub basic but good food & large portions . Staff very friendly. Good crockery etc. on bus route to Swanage & Poole
3 tvs , 2 of which wouldn’t connect so had to bring one down from upstairs. We don’t watch much when away but wanted to catch up on Wimbledon . Plumbing an issue , kitchen tap constantly dripped & boiler noisy . Bath tap broken , flush downstairs loo & kitchen tap runs even more . Dog friendly property with broken gate you couldn’t shut ! Toilet /shower room door sticks so couldn’t lock . Not clear which bin to use & gate to bins area hard to open close as post loose . Small bedroom could do with mattress topper , hard base not comfy . Fan would be useful

Nice little touches all round. Main bedroom nice and comfortable
The single bed was very uncomfortable. The garden furniture needed replacing
