Air con was not working

The views from the balcony are spectacular. Kitchen is relatively well equipped for a short stay Whilst the balcony has neighbours nearby, we didn’t see this as too intrusive (photos attached).

The parking outside is on a very steep hill and takes a few minutes to get to the apartment with no option of a closer bag drop. Unfortunately the pool was closed during our stay despite stating it was open at the time of booking, a refund of 9% was provided after stating 10% initially. Unfortunately this took some time to resolve and some chasing also which was disappointing. On arrival the cot was not provided, whilst best efforts were made by staff to resolve this, the next cot delivered was broken and eventually a cot was sorted. Unfortunately this occupied a large part of the day which was frustrating and added unnecessary stress to our holiday. Interior wise, the pillows and beds were quite uncomfortable and the decor would benefit from some modernisation. Unfortunately with the steep road and limited pavements, there aren’t really any trails or restaurants safely accessible on foot.
