little gem

The view is stunning Quick response from owner when something needed to get fixed. A lovely place for preferably max 2 adults and 2 kids. Although near to the water, the yard is safe for kids to play.

hardly anything worth mentioning, but bare in mind that many restaurants are closed in de fall season and that the yard is shady in the afternoon and evening. ( neighbors on the north side of the place gave us some negative looks from their balcony even though we were polite and quiet guests). The road down to the house can be a bit challenging for some. I wouldn’t know how to get in or out of the water in the summer season. BUT we are planning on booking again so these notes should not be seen to negative.

Beautiful view and comfortable apartement

Private entrance to the lake and apartment was clean and comfortable.

Not a private garden and we were located on the second floor so with our small kids i’d rather stay on the ground floor.

Exceptional

Location is great: under the main road, right on the coast, so you can hear water splashes and the waterfall but not the cars driving along the lake. 1 km to Riva di Solto, next to an exceptional Michelin restaurant. Private beach/garden, barbeque, balcony, everything you might need in the kitchen etc. Supermarket and a bunch of good restaurants are within 15 min walk (saving an apple for a donkey you'll meet along the way is a lot of fun).

A couple of nitpicks are that doors between the rooms require some treatment and that sound proofing is not ideal, so you can hear other guests if they are loud. Also, don't expect essentials like shampoo or soap as they are not part of the listing. All this is nothing compared to the view and comfort you get, so staying here is a very good idea.

Amazing views from your (bed)room!

Amazing view, lovely home with private entrance. You'll share the "private yard" with the upstairs fellow-travelers, in which case we were lucky we shared it with some very nice british fellow-tourists.

A perfect week at a perfect place!!!!!!

We loved our stay from the friendly welcome by our host to the end of 6 days in this spacious and super clean apartment. We really did not want to leave and will definitely be back. The view from the balcony is just wonderful. We both agreed that LaVillina was one of the nicest places we ever stayed.

Top Lage, nicht ganz einfache ,,Zu,, fahrt, etwas eng, Bett stark Verbesserung würdig für uns .

Top Lage, einfache Übergabe. Küche OK, Bad top bis auf Details wie der Wasserhahn am Waschbecken,der ist leider lose.Die Schwaldusche ist auch top wen den eine Zirkulierungspumpe fürs Warmwasser vorhanden währe, so steht man in der Dusche erst mal 2.min unter kaltem Wasser, wers mag, wir leider nicht...es würde auch helfen, die Resource Wasserverbrauch zu optimieren.

Das Bett,die Stühle,das Sofa,wir haben leider nicht die erhoffte Qualität des Bettes gehabt,dies war für uns leider eine Katastrophe,die Stühle und das Sofa leider auch. Wir sind beide was die Qualität,des Schlafbereichs betrifft sehr entäuscht worden,konnten kaum Ruhe finden. Es war eine Wohltat wen die Nächte leider endlich vorbei wahren.... Wir hatten unser eigenes Bettzeug mit Bezügen mit dabei, meine Frau hatt die Matraze mit einem Milbensauger vorsorglich abgesaugt. Das war auch gut so... war auch kein Haustier dabei, weil wir keinerlei Haustiere haben....zur Info

Haus am See mit Boot okay

Die Lage am See ist wunderbar. Das untere Apartment hat direkten Gartenzugang mit Tisch und Stühlen als Essbereich, dazu 2 Liegen + 2 Liegestühle. Subtauglich und Bootsanlegebojen ✌🏼 Es ist alles sauber und modern eingerichtet. Das Bad prima. Kommunikation und Service waren sehr gut.

Für Einkäufe, Bäcker, Supermarkt und Gastronomie musste das Auto genommen werden, da es doch etwas weit ist zu laufen oder mit dem Rad. Das untere Apartment ist abhängig von den Gästen oben. Wir hatten leider extreme Stühlerücker und alles Fallenlasser. Mit 4 Personen ist es schon etwas eng, aber machbar 😉 Einrichtung der Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher sein.

Fantastisch vakantiehuis, direct aan het Iseo meer!

Geweldig mooi gelegen vakantiehuis aan het Iseomeer. Direct toegang tot het meer vanuit de tuin. Hele prettige tuin met ligstoelen en een buitentafel onder een pergola. Ook fijn dat er een bbq is. En toegang via een trap naar de garage waar je makkelijk spullen kunt opbergen. Ook prettig dat je de auto kunt parkeren. Binnen is het erg mooi en netjes afgewerkt. Fijne bedden, nette en complete keuken. Ook nette badkamers en woonkamer. Kortom: absoluut fantastisch!

Vrijwel geen minpunten; de prijs is behoorlijk stevig, maar daarvoor heb je dan ook een geweldig huis.

Die Lage unmittelbar am See mit schönem Gartengrundstück und eigenem Zugang ins Wasser, Panorama kaum zu übertreffen, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung in hervorragendem Renovierungszustand, ruhige Lage, Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden, unkomplizierte und hilfreiche Kommunikation via WhatsApp mit Vermietung.

Zufahrt eng und steil, kann Probleme geben, wenn Gegenverkehr kommt oder durch anderes Fahrzeug blockiert ist.
