A hot but wonderful place!

The view from the terrace is spectacular! The house is spacious and clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. Nice deck chairs and comfortable seats on the terrace to fully enjoy outdoor living.

The summer of 2022 is exceptionally hot so I can understand the facilities are not fully there to cater for that. We battled a bit with the heat inside and outside the house. There is no place to sit in the shade, except for an umbrella. We typically went swimming or boating during the day and then really enjoyed the late afternoon and evening at the terrace. The pillows are very hard.

Very little we didn't like. Maybe invest in larger glasses! A bit of a tight turn into driveway but manageable with care.

Wonderful location with views to die for! Patrizia couldn’t have been more helpful or welcoming. A very comfortable and roomy flat. We absolutely loved it.

Loved everything. Kitchen just missing a decent grater (only had one for Parmesan! ) Some larger glasses would be useful. But very minor points. Some people may find the downhill/ uphill walk to and from village a bit strenuous... not a problem for us and so worth it for the views from the terrace.

Casa emilia is a hidden gem! It has the most beautiful view you can imagine. The host Patrizia is so lovely, that you feel instant at home! The apt is big, the pictures do not justify it, in real it is very spacious + very clean!
