Very nice and clean rooms (every bedroom with its own bathroom). Fully equipped with all necessary things (only kitchen stuff like pans and stove could be renewed). Garden is very beautiful with a great view (only the mass of mosquitos was hard to handle, esp with young kids).

this is a lovely location with a beautiful view of the lake. The place has many things to enjoy including a swimming pool and a bocce ball court. You do need a car, walking into town would be near impossible. However, unlike in town, this place has ample parking,

We had such an amazing time at Niclas accommodation! The house was very clean, newly renovated and pretty well equipped. The garden had everything we needed to enjoy our stay even more, explore and play with the kids (under 2). The communication with Nicla before and during our stay was very pleasant! The house is located up the hill, but the different cities, grocery stores, parks/ playgrounds and ferry to Monte Isola are quite close and easy to reach by car. I would definitely recommend this accommodation!

We had a wonderful family holiday at the house. Communication was easy throughout the process and Nicla helped very quickly with a couple of extra items we requested in the house (glasses). The beds were very comfortable, with good quality sheets, beach towels were also provided. Personally, I would have liked larger bath towels, but this is just a small thing. The house and grounds are a wonderful setting for a family holiday, The view is spectacular and there are many places to sit and read or sunbathe. One thing we also loved about the house was the art work and individual pieces of furniture - this house was well thought out, with a keen eye for art and style. It is not your typical holiday house, but lots of thought has gone into it. The pool was a hit with the whole family, especially the children (ranging from age 11 to 16). You do need a car to get anywhere, but there are plenty of options of places to eat and explore - the weather was so hot the weeks we stayed that we stayed close to the house and only ventured to the lake and restaurants. Tips- get the ferry across the water to the island, eat out in Vello and swim from the shore of the lake. Iseo and the surrounding areas are not busy at all and we loved the lack of tourists, we would definitely like to come back in the future. Thanks for making our holiday one to remember.

Wir reisten als Familie im Alter von 9 bis 79 Jahre für einen Herbsturlaub nach Sale Marasino und können nur eins über die Villa und das Grundstück sagen: atemberaubend. Ich habe selten ein so schönes Ferienhaus und einen so reizvollen Garten gesehen. Hoch über Sale Marasino am Ende der eigenen kleinen Zufahrtsstraße genießt man einen wunderbaren Blick über den Iseosee. Wir konnten uns am Garten und der Ferne nicht sattsehen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet. Dass jedes Zimmer ein eigenes Bad besitzt, ist großartig. Die Küche ist klein, aber der offene Wohnbereich ist für Familien genau richtig. Uns fehlte es an nichts und wir sind sogar noch Mitte Oktober einmal in den kalten Pool gesprungen. Für Kinder ist der Garten ein Paradies zum Spielen. Die Umgebung ist sehr reizvoll und rund um den Iseosee einmalig schön. Verona und Bergamo sind etwa 1h entfernt und laden zu Tagesausflügen ein. Wenn es überhaupt etwas gibt, was anzumerken ist, dann die hinter dem Haus gelegene Schnellstraße. Diese ist nicht unbedingt störend, aber doch deutlich zu hören, so dass man leider keine absolute Ruhe genießt. Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub unheimlich genossen. Die Villa ist ein Juwel, der Garten ist riesig, wird täglich gepflegt und ist unglaublich schön. Der Kontakt zu unserer Vermieterin Nicla war ausgesprochen angenehm und sehr zuvorkommend. In der Ausstattung sind keine Wünsche offengeblieben. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und alles ist sauber. Der Pool ist sehr groß und hat gerade den Kindern riesigen Spaß gemacht. Der Iseosee ist zwar nicht direkt zugänglich, die Aussicht auf den See ist aber sehr toll und sorgt die ganze Zeit für eine herrliche Atmosphäre. Lediglich die Schnellstraße ist in Hörweite und verhindert die absolute Ruhe. Das ist aber der einzige negative Punkt, den es zu erwähnen gibt. Wir hatten einen tollen, ungestörten Urlaub mit Erwachsenen und Kindern und können die Villa sehr empfehlen! Danke!

Tolle Tage in Sale Marasino erlebt. Der Gastgeber war nett und hilfsbereit, das Haus und die Anlage super. Einzig die abgelegene Lage (dadurch aber toller Blick auf den Iseosee) und die hinter dem Haus verlaufende Schnellstraße (leider ohne direkte Zufahrt) könnten den ein oder anderen vielleicht stören. Gilt für uns nicht, wir fanden den Aufenthalt klasse!
