Localização excepcional, bem ao lado da estação de metro e vários restaurantes e mercados. Limpeza do quarto e da casa de banho excelentes. Toalhas e lençóis de qualidade e tudo isso por um bom valor de estadia.

Não é assim um ponto tão negativo, mas para a experiência ser ainda melhor poderia ter um frigobar no quarto.

Nos gustó mucho la relación calidad-precio. El hotel estaba muy limpio, era acogedor y la estancia fue muy agradable. Además, el personal fue amable y nos sentimos cómodos durante todo el fin de semana.

No tenemos ninguna queja destacable. Todo estuvo correcto y cumplió con nuestras expectativas.

Chose the hotel for its location. Found the room to be very cute, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. Appreciated the good communication by email before arrival with pictures of entrances and access codes, and an honest explanation that they had just opened to travelers and were a "work in progress." Did not need to provide breakfast or meals as location is at a Cercanias train station with a selection of restaurants within short walking distance. AC in the room provided coolness and white noise to offset train or pedestrian sounds. Will stay there again in the future.

Could have offered body lotion since Madrid is very dry. Did not post the Wi-Fi code in the room or in an email before arrival. Perhaps fiber optics had not been installed yet as they had just opened to guests.
