Good room in a good apartment with all the equipment we needed. Very comfortable bed. Good placement too, only 5-10 minutes from metro station and supermarket

This is a room in an apartment with the owner. I really like the kitchen where I can cook and use the fridge. The room isn't very big, would be enough to open two small pieces of luggage but would be a challenge if you carry a big luggage. Location wise is great - metro and bus (of course night bus too!) around the corner.
For some reasons, there are quite a few restrictions in the house which might cause some inconvenience, for example I'm not allowed to use the oven and stay in the lounge. Also, frying pans in the kitchen might need to be replaced from time to time.
In case if you visit in a cold winter like me, heating in the place didn't work the best, I always feel cold even if it's just a small room and floor heating doesn't seem available in the place. There is an AC in the room but I think there is a 10Euro charge per night (better to check again!)
You might want to check with the owner in advance before you arrive to get the key, it might take time for a reply.
