They gave us a room with broken AC . The room was very hot . We were very tired. We went to the hotel reception and we told them about it they did not take a quick action. We went to the room and no body come to solve the problem and we called the reception five times and they didn’t answer us. The services were terrible. The furniture was old ….

The rate is a good value based on what you get. Parking is free. Building is a little bit dated but the room was clean and breakfast decent. The location is about 12 euros and 20 mins Uber/Bolt ride each way. I think it is worth the price of the fare for 2 or more people About an hour for bus and metro to get to the center of the city. The staff at the reception and over breakfast were the nicest. Will stay here again when in Madrid.
