    Buen hotel para pasar una noche cuando estás de viaje. La habitación está limpia, el personal es amable y todo está en orden. Lo único negativo es que la insonorización es muy mala; parece que las paredes son de cartón porque se escucha todo lo que hacen los vecinos

    The hotel is located at a great location. We had a transit from Atocha Railway Station to Granada and it was close to it. We landed and checked in late but the check in process was super smooth. The staff at the reception was wonderful and the rooms were absolutely clean and well maintained. Especially for the price in Madrid. A well deserved 5 stars.

    We were asked toll fee before arriving hotel. This is nothing to be told in email. The hotel should take the responsibility to waive the toll fee. Otherwise, we should boycott this hotel
