La limpieza extraordinaria. La habitación estaba muy limpia, y el cuarto de baño impoluto. Me parece muy destacable. También, las personas de recepción muy amables y predispuestas a la mejor atención.
La habitación que nos tocó muy tranquila y buena insonorización del exterior.
Quizás si hay que destacar algo menos positivo, pueda ser la ubicación. No obstante el metro está a 150 metros, y se puede tomar una linea que te deja en Gran Vía.

Increíble la habitación, todo muy cerca y aunque no tenga ascensor no se hacen pesadas las escaleras. Volvería a repetir sin duda. El personal muy atento y amable.
