Free carpark & stunning city centre apartment

We loved the whole package. So much better than the three storey apartments we’ve booked before

The apartment was lovely, spacious and inviting. Everything we needed was there. The communication was fantastic and very responsive to my questions. Great location too

The carpark is not in the same building so getting your luggage to and from the apartment is a bit tricky if you have lots of bags.

The location is perfect -we've stayed in this area a few times before, so we booked based on the description and weren't disappointed. The apartment itself is brand new, super tidy, and spotlessly clean. When I asked for sheets for the cot, two were provided after long conversation -thank you!

The listing states 2 beds, free on-site parking, and that kids stay free. Unfortunately, our experience didn't match. A week before our stay, while we were travelling, we were asked to bring our own bedding for our little one. When I questioned what happened to the second bed, we were told it's only provided for adults — at an extra cost of $40. This contradicts both the "2 beds" and "kids stay free" claims in the listing. On-site parking was the main reason we chose this place, as we needed to clean out our rental car and pack our four suitcases before departure. But on our very last day, we discovered that parking isn't actually on-site. This turned into a real nightmare — free street parking isn't always available, and loading and unloading with a little one was extremely frustrating. Had we known all this from day one, we would definitely have booked somewhere else. Please update the listing so future guests know what to expect.
