Central City Views In Heart of Central Chch by Stadium

Amazing location to be right in city centre, walking to Margaret Mahy playground and EntX was easy!

Directly opposite the church pub/bar. Was so loud on a Friday night when staying with young kids.

Very good central location close to all stores, shops, public transport and restaurants. Property was also very clean, free wifi, washing machine and dryer and bonus for us was the game board.

Not so much didn't like but was something we didn't look into was parking. Paid parking across the road or in front of apartment had parking that was free overnight.

Great central location, highly attentive owner who bent over backwards for us. Accepted us with our pre-approved pets. Building is nice and new and very secure.

Clearly some early owner teething issues, most not any fault of the owner, but cannot fault Michaels responsiveness and eagerness to provide a highly satisfactory solution.

Good space, BUT incredibly disappointed that the Property Manager didn’t help us with issues like us having no hot water (we hadn't used any other than for 1 load of washing) for a whole day, and getting locked out of the building for 5 mins. He didn't answer our calls, respond to messages or apologise after. Have finally heard from the Property manager after 2 days, who said my requests (of hot water and access to the building) were unreasonable, ungrateful and I'm over reacting. His response being "what did you expect me to do, ship in a truck of water???" "This is not a hotel!" - I am sharing all of this as he said he wants to respond to this review. I am being completely transparent.
