Lovely, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Close to restaurants and shops.

Waken up during both nights by noises from the street.

Centrally located in a wonderful building with lots of charm. Jacuzzi and pool were an added bonus. Free parking too if needed and very close to nearby coffee shops and must see tram station.

Light in hall was very bright and shone into the top of the door which made it difficult to sleep if using the sofa bed. A sleep mask would be beneficial.

- Two pages long instructions for finding the security card and apartment key. It reminded me of solving puzzles in a video game. Same with finding the carpark. - Apartment key gets stuck in the door lock. Too difficult to take the key out. Wasted good 20 minutes to figure out how to remove the key without calling the agent. - No privacy. Due to high ceilings, the curtains are very long (5m) and they cannot be closed. At night, everybody can see you from opposite buildings. - The hot water in the shower gets cold if you use maximum pressure and stay more than 20 minutes in the shower. - Not enough bathroom towels for guests in the bathroom (1 per person only). - Due to wear and tear, the iron's power cable is a life and fire hazard. Needs to be replaced urgently. - The queen bed doesn't come with electric blankets. - No subscription to any SkyTV or Internet Movie Channels. - Dedicated Carpark too difficult to get to. Once you get there, too hard to park. You have to be careful you don't damage your car by accidently hitting the air ducting on the left front corner of your car. Also, if your car sticks out too much, the neighbour's car cannot be parked in the dedicated slot correctly. - I was told by the Booking.com website, I was getting the best price and I had to hurry up to secure the Unit (Not too many left at that price). It turned out I could have received a much better price if I had contacted the hotel directly.
