The location is awesome to get around Christchurch with main roads close by. Parking is close to front door with no access issues at all. Very quiet and no interruptions as down end of drive.
The beds were a little tired and not so comfortable, no coffee or sugar dishwasher powder etc.so plan for that as well and no soap in showers so bring your own. Had shampoo and hand wash.

This was a lovely place to stay with plenty of room for our family of 6. It was clean and comfortable and perfect location. The agent who let us in was lovely and did everything she could to make sure that we were settled in. There was enough crockery and kitchen utensils for us to use. All linen was supplied.
All the crockery had gilt edges, so there was nothing we could use in the microwave.
We had been given the wrong code for the key box and the phone number we had didn't connect. We were waiting outside the property for some time, not sure what to do. It was raining and we had a baby. Thankfully the neighbour came and contacted the agent who came quickly to let us in.

The place was really good and comfortable. Two bathrooms allowed us to quickly get ready the next day early for our train journey.
Not much to say here, since we were only there for 1 day/night. It had a washing machine, but no clothes drier machine, requiring us to dry our clothes on the line under sun.
