Convenient location - walkable to everywhere in the city. Entry was via code, no issues. It's a new apartment with everything you'd expect in an airbnb-type property

Location is excellent. Short walk to supermarket, restaurants, theater, library, shops, new stadium. Bus stop less than a 1 minute walk both sides of road which includes a bus to and from the airport. Had everything you need to cook meals.
Although building on a major road very quiet, couldn't hear any traffic.
I would have liked written instructions on how to use the microwave and dishwasher rather than have to scan for instructions.
4 coat hangers is not enough.
Box of tissues would have been useful.
When a sporting event or other event is on at the stadium it may be noisy?

The location is amazing. Christchurch is such an amazing city to walk and this location is perfect with easy access to busses and trams if you want to visit an out of town attraction or just ride the trams.
Also loved the 24 hour access as we had a late fight and checked in at 2am.
There is a washing machine but no dryer or drying rack🤷‍♀️

I absolutely can’t fault the location of this property. It’s in a brand new building and right in the city centre, close to everything. The apartment had everything I needed and was very comfortable and convenient. The hosts were very accommodating and helpful from my middle of the night self check in, to the easy check out process.
The only negative was the location of the washing machine, I wasn’t able to open the detergent drawer due to its placement in the cupboard, but I provided feedback to the hosts and they were very gracious in responding. Being a brand new apartment, I assume that these teething issues will be resolved quickly.
