The Waterline Cabin Hot Tub & Sauna

The location was fantastic

No hot water and no mirror in the bathroom. Someone or something banged the side of the cabin at 10 pm

Everything, it was perfect

Nothing

We wanted a place to stay that was quiet, peaceful and out in nature and the cabin definitely had all that. It was nice to relax together away from the stresses of everyday life. The hot tub was right next to the cabin and was a perfect way to unwind at the end of the day. The cabin was clean and simple with all of the basics. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had a nice shower. The kitchen was fine for a simple breakfast and lunch but perhaps not suited for anything more. We ate out anyway so it was ok. There was an area close to the cabin which was nice to sit out on with a wonderful view of the hills and estuary.

Only little things really. It would have been nice to have a mirror in the bathroom and the toilet roll holder was broken. As an extra, we ordered the Swedish candle log with marshmallows but we actually got a few chunks of wood which wasn't quite the same.

The view from the waterline cabin was exceptional, the sky was so clear seeing the stars at night was fantastic. Living in a city I have not seen stars like that for a long time. Looking over the bay and seeing the beautiful snowdon forestry and hills was just breathtaking. The cabin is small but cosy and the bed was very comfortable.

We enjoyed our time there, the only thing I would say is I did not meet any member of staff, so I was confused at first wether we needed to check in but the keys were in the cabin waiting for us. The hot tub was ready and waiting, me and my partner walked past which I believe was to be a sauna, we had a look inside but we were unsure wether we could use it or not as there was no signage or instructions on what to do so we didn’t bother messing with it.
