Was ok overall, better access to toilets needed.

Was pieces/ planks of wood n decking everywhere. There was no safe clear path to the toilet and with the bad weather made it very hard to access with two able bodied people. No hot water in cabin. It was nice and out of the way, happy with location and size. Room was cold, but warned to bring blankets which we did.

A nice glamping pod… would be perfect if it was toasty

Glamping pod was in a perfect location. Instructions and directions clearly stated, easy to locate, self check in and lots of hiking trails around the area. Glamping pod itself is clean with lots of amenities. Owner provides things to bring as well. Plus, the glamping location itself is surrounded by woods so it’s a perfect hideaway from city hustles and bustle

Heating wasn’t working well esp it was very windy and freezing cold. We were literally wearing full on coat and jacket while sleeping, we were from a very windy hike so we were looking forward for a toasty place to sleep into but it’s a bit disappointing. The cold wind was breezing through the window which made it difficult to sleep. Plus the tap water was freezing cold to wash the dishes🥶

Would definitely stay again

Property is in a good location and private, we loved the bed as it was super comfortable, everything was clean, hot tub ready to go and was quite warm considering it’s December.

Toilet was not majorly far but still a bit of a walk down a hill which during the night felt a bit ropey.

Cozy stay for a good price

Price was good and the chess board and fire pit were nice to have use of. Blankets for sofa and towel were also provided.

Bit of rust remover on the toilet roll holder and paint on some trims would have made the place feel cleaner and batteries were needed in remotes. Salt and pepper would have been handy or let people know to bring their own.

Brilliant value, stunning location.

Very quiet and peaceful, beautiful location. Didn't take long to warm the pod up and very well insulated. Lovely cosy bedding! Decent sized hot tub for 2 also. For the price really good value.

Was a very wet couple of nights, could have done with a better mat for drying feet, kept having to wipe the floor. A small step for the tub, my partner is quite short! The Fairy lights were broken so it was very dark outside after 5ish, could do with a little bit of a spruce up inside.

1. The photos were not of willow cabin. 2. It advertised that it had fireplace but there was none. 3. The room was dirty and smelt of dog. 4. The worst? Damp everywhere even on the cutting board. The walls were covered with it. The owner is very blaze about it saying they will give me a free night. Never again I am sorry. No respect for your costumers and your dare to charge £150. A bothy would be in a better state than this.

The cabin was lovely and clean everything needed was there.

Location would of been better in the warmer weather but would wonder if the smell of the amount of sheep that are free roaming could be an issue. However much we visited in October the hot tub would of been lovely to use if it was under some form of cover but due to no cover we couldn't use it as the wind was high and the acorns and branches above kept fallen on the hot tub cover so didn't bother using it.. I feel if its states cabin with a hot tub then no matter what the weather the hot tub should still be able to be used was very disappointed in this.

Amazing, peaceful, beautiful place, highly recommended

So peaceful and beautiful surroundings, the cabin was spotless and the hot tub was ready to get in to and very clean. We cooked a meal with no problems on the hob and ate outside on the picnic bench. Perfect way to spent some much needed time with my daughter with no WiFi to distract her.

The cabin was the perfect size. Biggest surprise sheep’s walking freely. Perfect ending of a long day in a hot tub. During the weekend I haven’t seen anyone around. If you’re looking for a place where you can rest and not being disturbed 100% recommend. Perfect location close to the Beach and hiking spots.

It would be great if the space underneath a bed would be converted to storage space where you can keep your luggage.

Great place to stay

Fab stay at the willow cabin . the hot tub was electric and the water was hot and ready to use when we got there . There was free logs for the fire pit which was great. Loved how remote it was felt like we were out in the wilderness so Quiet and peaceful . We Had such a good sleep . Ideal location for us ,great to be so close to the beach (about ten minutes ) but also far enough away out in the sticks .

Needs more lights outside of the cabin. Fairy lights broken. Only one wine glass and cup in the room.

Felt like a nightmare

The location was the only good thing

- The hot tub was dirty, when the jets came on bubbles were brown... there was white stuff swimming round the water which meant we didn't use the tub! - The outside was very run down, paint coming off walls. No step to get into the cabin. Not accessible for people who struggle with backs etc. It looked awful. - The shower and loo were grim, dirty was an understatement. The toilet had a few skid marks and yellow. The shower was dirty. - As it was raining we made sure all windows and doors were closed however this morning all of our clean clothes were soaked! So have had to leave in wet clothes. Are clothes are now grim. - The path down to the toilet was unsafe. Amount of times we slipped. Unfortunately this was unacceptable and wish I gathered more pictures. Just a massive shame spending over £200 for something that was unacceptable, run down. The pictures definitely need changing to more up to date version.

Great escape

Location and comfort were great. Perfect for a get away from it all break. The bonus was that we could also take our dog along to enjoy the surroundings.

Very minor gripes really. The paint on the chairs was looking a bit ragged, fairy lights around the hot tub had been broken for a bit and some fittings removed from the walls but they hadn't done the remedial work to hide the fact. A grill for over the fire pit would have been good and bit of work to the pathway leading to the toilets/shower (someone previously drove over it and sank I think).

The hot tub was amazing and already warm when we arrived. Was a lovely peaceful location and the fact we could bring the dog was a bonus as he loved it there

We were not able to relax in the hot tub, and was our main goal for the trip, even after 4 hrs of heating it, it was still cold, we kept stirring the water but only the top part of the water was warm when we went inside, the bottom was freezing. Maybe not a good idea if it is cold outside. Would not go again apart from the summer. The bathroom is quite far and you can't lock it. Our place was quite close to another one, was expecting a bit more distance.

Great

We loved our stay in willow. It was my partner's birthday on the Friday so we thought we'd have a weekend away as a break from the normal life of running around. It was nice to just relax and not have to worry about anything. The bed was very comfortable and the hot tub just sealed the deal. Our first night we didn't get the hot tub quite hot enough and the second night we got it a bit too hot and had to add a lot of cold but that's just user error haha. Otherwise everything else was perfect. If I could suggest anything it would be to add a couple usb sockets running off the 12v system that the cabins have. Just to make it easier to charge lights and phones

Peaceful escape

We enjoyed our stay and loved using the hot tub. The facilities were good and we enjoyed how peaceful the property was. We will definitely be back.

Very disappointing, and for the amount of money you pay, you would be better off taking a tent if you wanted to stay in

The location was pretty much the only redeeming factor.

Terrible value for money. At first glance the property seems great due to the location and free roaming sheep but in reality the actual cabin, if you could call it that - is very disappointing. There is no drinking water, no curtains, the outside lights didn’t work so you couldn’t use the hot tub at night, the hot tub was full of dead flies and sticks. Someone did come to put up new lights but this was after our first night and while we were still asleep, and due to the fact there was no curtains it gave us a bit of a fright as we didn’t tell them we wanted this. There was an ecosystem of slugs and wood louse’s that lived in the walls that would come out in the evening. Towels were provided.. hand towels. And to top it off when you opened the window, a previous guest had left pistachio shells all in the window gap, this and the strange brown marks on the bedding made me believe a proper clean down and turnover for the next guest wasn’t being done to a great standard.

Absolutely loved the property,the location amazing! Cleanliness to the highest standard.Hot tub was just fantastic plenty of firewood to heat it up and stayed hot. Log burner was so toasty. Toilets and showers impeccable. Enjoyed being able to cook with the mini kitchen. Dog friendly. Stayed in many Pods but this has been the best so far. Excellent communication from the Hosts.

We really loved the location and the cabin was so cosy, the hot tub was great too!

The location was amazing, and very secluded as there was only two cabins on the hillside where we stayed. The hot tub was great and the room itself was amazing. it was only a 10 minute drive through the countryside and then sea front to get to the town of Barmouth. We saw alot of negative reviews about the hot tub but clearly people were not reading the instructions provided by the hosts as we had it boiling in just under 2 hours!

As it was raining we had to put a towel on the floor to put the wet shoes on so it could have been better with a doormat that wasn't rubber, Also as we stayed there a couple of days and were cooking inside we felt it could have had a brush to sweep the floor and maybe some cleaning products to wipe the sides down.

Very good

The property was in a lovely quite location, however better signs off the road wouldn't go a miss as the entrance is easily missed. The room was cosy and comfy. The toilet and shower were just a short walk down a path. The hot tub, once hot, was lovely and briquettes were supplied with extras available.

We paid an additional £15 for the hot tub to be pre lit, we told the hosts we would be arriving just after the check in time of 3pm. When we arrived the hot tub was still cold (way to cold to sit in). We filled the fire up to the brim and by around 6/6.30pm it was warm enough to sit in. You have to constantly stir the water otherwise its freezing at the bottom and hot at the top and make sure it is continually filled up with briquettes. A net would of been handy too.

Cozy, comfy, great location and great hosts just a shame about the hot tub

Very cozy atmosphere, bed was very comfortable, very quiet location and easy to access. Shower was nice and hot and toilets were clean

The biggest shame was the hottub, we paid for the pre warmed tub, then filled up the stove with the briquettes however soon as we entered the hot tub it got cold in 15 minutes as the stove didnt heat up the water as quick as it lost heat, so we ended up with a lukewarm tub pretty quickly. Additionally i think it has a self leveling system where by if water gets too low the tap opens and cold water enters to fill it up meaning at one point we were in the tub and had to quickly leave as it was filling with cold water!

A cosy pod but poor communication and faulty hot tub let it down.

We loved the log burner and in general the pod was comfy and cosy and having all pots, pans and cutlery provided was brilliant. The burner really heated the pod well. The location although somewhat tricky to get to made for a great experience with free roaming sheep and some nice views.

Communication from the hosts was extremely poor and before arrival I was beginning to worry I may have been scammed because of this. The hot tub never really got hot but instead luke warm and it had burns around the wooden guard from previous use and which also seems to have caused a hole to be burnt in the side of the tub which stopped the tub being filled fully as water was escaping through it. There was a towel under the bed from previous customers as well as a sports bag. The fairy lights outside also did not work.

No matter how much wood I put in to heat the hot tub it did not get hot it was slightly warm and cold the was a big hole in the hot tub lid witch did not keep the heat in so was disappointed we could not injoy it
