Fantastic location. Walking distance of centre and Exeter Uni where son was attending at an open day.
Very useful to have a parking permit for car park so close to the house.
Close to some great eateries.
Such a quiet location considering how close it was to everything and lovely to hear church bells on Sunday morning.
Had to contact host to get info on opening the back door and where the cutlery was hidden (a drawer within a drawer - when you know its easy lol)
Also for us simple folk a plunger cafetiere would have been great - we don't have fancy coffee machines and aga top pots ourselves.
Very minor issues tho - its a fantastic house and owner very responsive to messaging.
