Compact, Quirky & Cosy Home in Central Exeter

Easy to access the house via a key lock. Information was sent to me with clear instructions and in plenty of time for my arrival. The house was clean, comfortable an well presented. Both the sofa and beds were really comfy. The location was incredible. So central. That did mean there was some noise from the back of the house but that is what you would expect from a city centre so not a criticism. It was very quiet from the front as there was no parking in the front of the house, so no traffic noise. Light sleepers should take the front room.

The house was tiny. This was fine for us. We stayed three nights and were three people (2 adults and one child). The size was reflected in the price so to be expected. Others may find that staying longer or with four adults too compact but you would need to spend more money if that was the case.
