    All amenities and everything is new and clean, but checkin staff was way too helpless and cold. No help in assisting luggage or anything. Some of there rooms are located in a different block for which you need to go by car if you have luggage. Being 3 adults, we had 5 bags. The guy at reception saw that we were struggling to take our bags from reception till the car, but didnt pay heed to help us. Nor did he help to keep luggage in car, just came and instructed us to being luggage and directly sat in the car. Nor did kindness or anything. Its not a 4 star hotel at all.
