The accommodation was perfect. Location was near center - giving us walking distance to the attractions. Had big fridge, kitchen supplies, and a washing machine + AC. I think that is all we needed.

The only problem I saw was that it is on 5th floor - without an elevator. I have a 1 year baby, a 3 year toddler, and an 8 year boy, so going multiple times up/down was really challenging. Do have in mind that.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento qualche giorno fa, nulla da dire tutto confortevole e pulitissimo, in particolare guardo sempre il bagno e devo dire che era tt ok. Dotato di tutto, aria condizionata, lavatrice, cucina con tutto l indispensabile per cucinare, in frigo abbiamo persino trovato una bottiglia di Vino molto buono e questo dettaglio ci ha sorpreso positivamente 😉 Infine voglio sottolineare il kit di benvenuto davvero pensato nei minimi dettagli con accessori mai trovati in altre parti ( comprendeva cuffietta, spazzolino monouso, persino molletta per i capelli) davvero 🔝 Posizione ottima vicino al Centro. Una cosa che si potrebbe migliorare è l aria condizionata che non sempre riusciva a rinfrescare anche la camera da letto magari si potrebbe mettere un altro condizionatore però per il resto nulla da dire. 😉

Across street from train station, easy to explore the central area on foot. Owner/management is quick to respond all inquiries. The apartment has most essentials needed for our stay, a bottle of chilled white wine and water provided on arrival, very nice touch !

On the top floor (3rd) without elevator, it’s difficult to carry luggage up and not suitable for customers with mobility issues. The floor wasn’t cleaned properly, dust has been accumulated in the area under the bed

L’emplacement (à proximité des transports, resto, commerces, sites touristiques du secteur), le prix, l’amabilité du propriétaire et la clarté/ réactivité des explications pour entrer et quitter le logement, la bouteille d’eau au frais et le minimum nécessaire

Logement sans balconnet / espace extérieur, immeuble un peu bruyant
