About this apartment rental
A cozy 57-square-meter apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment is located on the first floor (NO elevator) of a historic building situated in a prime location, near Palermo’s historic center and the Central Station.
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a loft bedroom, and a bathroom. Shared small courtyard.

- BATHROOM with shower stall (raised), sink, bidet, and toilet;
- LOFT with BEDROOM (double bed and dresser);
- SHARED COURTYARD with a small table and chairs (accessible to 5 other apartments).
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split system in the living room), washing machine, hair dryer, clothesline, vertical steamer.

- If you are traveling with children, please be careful on the stairs leading to the loft.
The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which the system is operated and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.
For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:
15 EUR from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM
20 EUR from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM
30 EUR from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM
Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.
At check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash (€2.00 per person/night).
The apartment is located near Palermo’s historic center, in an area with all major amenities (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies) and a short distance from the Central Station. All major points of interest are within a few minutes’ walk.
