Cozy 62-square-meter apartment that can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment is located on the first floor (NO elevator) of a historic building situated in a convenient location, near Palermo’s historic center and the Central Station.
The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette and a small balcony, a loft-style bedroom, and a bathroom. Shared courtyard.

- BATHROOM with shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet;
- LOFT with BEDROOM (double bed, single bed, clothes rack, and desk);
- SHARED COURTYARD with a small table and chairs (shared with 5 other apartments).
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pumps (split system in the living room, adjustable toward the sleeping area), hair dryer, clothesline, and vertical iron.

The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the details to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian system for registering guests staying in Italy.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
ESummer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is permitted and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.
For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:
15 EUR from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM
20 EUR from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM
30 EUR from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM
Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for a fee.
At check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash (€2.00 per person/night).
