Quiet Coastal Bungalow Near the Seaside

We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again. The location was fantastic, within easy driving distance of Clacton-on-Sea Pier and the local amenities. We had great fun visiting the arcades, playing mini golf and enjoying the beach front. The host was brilliant, with clear instructions and great communication throughout. We really appreciated the thoughtful little touches, such as the biscuits and dishwasher/washing machine tablets. The board games were also a lovely addition and provided some great family entertainment in the evenings. The accommodation was bright, airy and well equipped, with plenty of mugs, glasses and cutlery. The fans were a wonderful addition, especially during the hot weather. We also really enjoyed using the secure, private garden, which was not overlooked. The beds were a little softer than we are used to, but this is purely personal preference and didn't detract from our stay. The bathrooms were great and great size for a family with towels provided. It's also an easy walk to the local Asda, which was really convenient for picking up any essentials. Overall, a fantastic stay in a great location. We would definitely recommend this accommodation, particularly to families, and would happily stay here again.

The only recommendations we would suggest would be to consider adding locks to the bathroom doors, particularly for families, and perhaps checking the windows, as some appeared slightly stiff to open and close. These are only minor points and did not affect our overall enjoyment of the stay.

We don't eat breakfast so N/A. If I was on holiday I think I would prefer to be nearer the sea. It was very tastefully decorated the hosts were very nice and helpful
