The Villa enjoys a privileged location on the Dune de l'Herbe, offering easy access to the beach on the Bay side as well as the picturesque oyster farming village of L'Herbe, renowned for its famous restaurant Chez Magne. In addition, it is only 5 to 10 minutes by bike from the ocean beaches and 15 minutes from the centre of Cap Ferret. The shops and amenities of the village of Le Canon are also less than a kilometre away.

The accommodation costs which are included in the price include a welcome kit, full supply of linen, mid-week cleaning for your comfort, as well as end-of-stay cleaning to ensure that everything is in perfect condition when you leave. For each additional week, an amount of €760 will be added, covering the weekly renewal of linen as well as the cleaning service. This amount must be paid directly to HOME ME (for you).

A deposit of €4000 is required, either by cheque given on the day of arrival, or by bank transfer made no later than the day before the arrival of the travelers.
Throughout your stay, the referent of your villa will be reachable by phone for any request for information or any other need.
