Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to a 3.9% non-refundable processing fee in accordance with Stripe’s policy. This applies to direct bookings and select third-party reservations.

House Guidelines
• Pets: $75 per stay (up to 2 dogs). No cats. Unapproved pets will incur a $100 fee and may result in early checkout.
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+.
• Food & Drinks: Not permitted in bedrooms (water bottles are fine).
• Smoking: Strictly prohibited. $200 fine plus any additional damages.
• Trash: Please dispose of all trash before checkout.
• Damages: Report within 24 hours of arrival.
• Dishes: Wash and run the dishwasher prior to departure.
• Windows: Keep closed for security.
• Laundry: Do not overload machines; avoid washing sandy items; clean lint trap after use.
• Storage Closet: Please keep locked.
• Furniture: Do not rearrange.
• Parties/Events: Not allowed and will result in immediate eviction.
• Guests: Only registered guests are permitted. Additional guests require approval and may incur a $100 per person fee.
• Illegal Activity: Results in immediate eviction.
• Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
