The Space:
Lay down on the comfortable couches and stream your favorite show on the 50" HDTV, catch up on sleep in the beautiful bedrooms, or go explore the beautiful Riverside area a few minutes away.
Guest Access:
- Parking for this space for 2-3 is just off the road, in the gravel in front of the house.
- The red door to the left is yours. Door Code will be the last 4 digits of your phone number.
- 2 Queen bedrooms, 1 large sofa in the living room, and laundry room is behind the bedroom to the left.
The Neighborhood:
Located on the Westside of Jacksonville, close to the Naval Air Station.
Getting Around:
San Juan Ave is the best way to go East/West.
Blanding Blvd or Lane Ave are the closest streets for North/South.
Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome with $100 non-refundable pet fee. Feel free to message host for size and breed limitations.
Interaction with Guests:

Upon arrival of staying at the property I tested positive for COVID. We were quarantined for 12 days.
We were told to park in front of the white garage. When we arrived another tenant said we were parked in his spot and his wife was Ill. So the entire stay we parked out on the grass by the garage cans.
We washed everyday as there was not enough towels.
The sink in the bathroom has caulking that is nasty around the sink. We washed bedding three times while there.
Our dogs were never left alone. They said there was a strong urine smell but it must have come from the previous renter.
