Located in Jacksonville, this welcoming vacation home lets you experience it all. Thanks to the convenient onsite parking, you can either leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 10-minute walk to Riverview Park, or easily tackle the quick 3-minute drive to Catherine Street Fire Station #3.

After you return, you can unwind in the garden or sip a drink on the deck or patio. For a change of scenery, come inside and enjoy the WiFi and TV.

A BBQ grill and air conditioning are featured at this 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, towels, and toilet paper. Prepare a home-cooked meal in the kitchen, complete with an oven, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. And thanks to the washer and dryer, you'll even be able to travel light.

Check-in was easy. The house was clean and the sheets and comforters in the beds smelled great! The instructions were easy to understand and follow. I was not comfortable with the decorations. A lot of things that could be easily broken. I felt that I had to move around carefully. There was a huge Christmas with glass ornaments. A nut cracker and other small Knick knacks around the house. I could tell that a lot of hard work and dedication went into decorating and I appreciate hard work and dedication but I was afraid to break something. The remotes were attached to tables with a retractable string on it in each room. The remote in the living room is far away from the sitting area which makes you have to get up every time you want to switch to something new. Also if you were to accidentally let go of the remote it could easily break something. When it came to contacting the host... The day of check out, it rained all morning and our plans got cancelled so I asked if we could do a late check. I did not receive a response until 1 hour before original check out at 11. By then we were packed up and ready to go. So I let them know that we would leave at regular check out time. It was a hassle to remove the 80 late fee. But I am grateful that they removed it.
