Recently renovated, spotless, and exceptionally well-equipped, this apartment exceeded our expectations. It features three comfortable bedrooms, which were perfect for our group of three, but it could easily accommodate three couples. One of the highlights was the beautiful porch, offering an incredible view of the Vatican Observatory on the hill—a wonderful place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The air conditioning was another major plus, especially during the summer. It worked perfectly in every room, keeping the apartment cool and comfortable at all times. Both bathrooms were excellent, with spacious showers and great water pressure. The host was very attentive from the beginning, providing excellent recommendations for restaurants and practical tips on getting around the city. Communication was consistently smooth, with prompt responses throughout our stay.

The only negative aspect of our stay was the handling of the tourist tax. Unfortunately, I felt there was a lack of trust regarding its collection. Throughout our stay, I was repeatedly contacted and asked to arrange an in-person meeting to pay the tax, even though it was difficult for me to find a suitable time. As our departure approached, this became increasingly stressful. In my experience staying at many properties in Italy, the tourist tax is often either collected together with the booking payment (where possible) or guests are simply asked to leave the cash in the apartment at checkout. I suggested the latter, explaining that I would leave the exact amount with the keys when we departed, but this solution was not accepted. Instead, there was continued pressure to meet in person before checkout. I completely understand the importance of collecting the tourist tax, but I believe a little more flexibility and trust would have made the process much smoother and avoided unnecessary tension during an otherwise excellent stay.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado. Domi, la propietaria fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Las habitaciones espaciosas y las camas súper cómodas. Los baños muy limpios y con todo lo necesario. Todas las habitaciones contaban con aire acondicionado, armario y televisor. La cocina muy amplia y con todo lo necesario para desayunar o cocinar algo. Consta de una terraza con unas bonitas vistas. El precio está muy bien para 6 personas, aunque creo que pueden caber 8, ya que hay un sofá cama en una sala de estar. Todo estuvo genial, fueron muy amables y nos permitieron dejar las maletas en un B&B cercano, que también es de los mismos propietarios. La ubicación es fabulosa, muy cerca del Vaticano y con varias líneas de bus y metro cercanas. Sin duda, es un lugar para repetir si vas en grupo. Fabuloso.

Everything was perfect. Very guest friendly and hospitable. Suitable for big families.

I can only mention there is no toaster available. But the owner said they will add it soon. As I said very guest oriented.
