Die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr schönen und gepflegten Wohnanlage. Sowohl der See als auch das Altstadtzentrum sind in Laufdistanz. Auto und Fahrräder kann man sicher unterstellen. Die Kommunikation mit Frank dem Gastgeber war sehr angenehm.

Great location equidistant to lake and town centre. Bed comfortable. Very quiet.

Perhaps if very hot summers continue in future air con needs to be installed.

We stayed here for six nights during our motorbike tour of France and were looking for somewhere comfortable to relax and recharge. This property absolutely made our holiday. From the moment we booked, the host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that everything we could possibly need was provided. We particularly appreciated the personal recommendations on places to visit and where to eat, which helped us make the most of our stay. The flat is ideally located, roughly halfway between the town centre and the lake/swimming pool. The convenient tunnel at the end of the road makes the walk into town and to the market quick and easy. We especially loved spending time on the balcony when we weren’t out exploring. It was a wonderful place to relax, and the well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare a few meals and enjoy dining outside. As motorcyclists, we also greatly appreciated the secure covered parking, which gave us complete peace of mind throughout our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and wouldn’t hesitate to return to the same property on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Logement très confortable et spacieux, très bien situé dans Aix les bains dans une jolie rue arborée. Grande terrasse très agréable. La résidence est très calme, nous avons même pu dormir la fenêtre ouverte sans autre bruit que celui des oiseaux, un luxe en ville ! Frank est très réactif et arrangeant, la communication est facile

Il faudrait juste changer quelques casseroles abîmées dans la cuisine mais sinon tout était très bien équipé
