Rent charming studio of 26 m2 sunny on the ground floor with nice private garden in a beautiful quiet residence.
Fully furnished studio including a new fitted kitchen area: refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, oven, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee machine, ceramic hob, extractor hood, toaster, electric kettle, pressure cooker, kitchen utensils, tea towels, washing up.
Bathroom: bathtub with grab bar, towel radiator, hairdryer, washing machine.
Separate toilet
Sofa bed for 2 people 140X200 cm (real new quality mattress) 2 small armchairs with good seat.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Heating slab on the ground in winter and radiator.
FREE WIFI
Flat screen TV, DVD player, mini stereo, steam iron and ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, shopping cart, storage cabinet and wardrobe. Living room fan.
Private and numbered parking space. Local with 2 brand new bikes available because bike path 100 m away (a deposit check of 150 Euros per bike will be requested if you borrow them)
Near downtown, 8 min walk from the market place, at the bottom of rue de Genève (Carrefour supermarket, Monoprix) as well as the train station and the lake.
Some shops at 3 min walk (thiriet-frozen, bakery, tobacco shop, florist, hairdresser) and crossroads, franprix or Monoprix downtown.
Bus stop 3 min walk to go to the thermal baths.
Proximity casino, bowling, cinema, beaches of Aix les Bains, municipal swimming pool, boat rental.
Activities: lake cruise, sailing, kite-surfing, rowing, pedal boat rental, paddle, paragliding, parachute, golf, racetrack, horse riding, spa therapy.
Near ski resorts: Le Revard-La Feclaz (30 min by car)
Possibility to lend you snowshoes and sticks.
Possibility of taking a shuttle at the station to go to the ski resort: "Savoie grand Revard" (alpine skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, sled dogs)
