V.good would stay again.

The apartment is great, decorated to a high standard, lovely comfy beds, all the kitchen appliances and bits you'd ever need and all high spec. The bathroom is great and also high spec, the whole place was clean, spotless. Location is a couple of minutes drive from the huge lake which is good for walks and food. The apartment has a food outlet two floors down and a petrol station and shop next door. Free parking for the apartment is a bonus and easy. The only downside was noise from the road till around 10pm or so but that's not the owners fault and our little boy in the front bedroom slept fine once he was down.

Très joli logement, mais odeur desagreable

Le logement est très joli, très cosy et lumineux. Bien situé, avec une place de stationnement. Le propriétaire est réactif, et soucieux de notre bien être : Les serviettes avaient été oubliées par la femme de ménage, 30 min après il nous avait livré des serviettes neuves. L’intention était la !

Il y a une odeur qui remonte dans l’appartement, Je pense que ça vient du restaurant qui est juste en bas. Nous n’avons pas réussi en nous en débarrasser malgré plusieurs aérations. C’est vraiment dommage.

sehr schöne Wohnung mit schlechtem Geruch

Gute Ausstattung, WLAN sehr gut, toller Fernseher, gute senseo Kaffeemaschine, klimaanlage sicher auch gut (allerdings laut da Standgerät) Heizung sehr gut (ausser im Bad) Backerei öffnet um 6h in 5min Gehentfernung, Kommunikation und Oraginsation mit dem Staff sehr gut

Leider hat es in der Wohnung nach alter Suppe gerochen (der Geruch kam von ausserhalb). Auch ein Lüften war daher ohne Erfolg. Schade, wir können dieses schöne Wohnung daher nicht empfehlen.

Manque un peu de vaisselle (verres, mugs, essoreuse salade...) manque également des crochets pour pendre les serviettes de toilettes Chambre bruyante côté rue, pas possible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte, mais il y a quand même la clim

Bel appartement avec bon emplacement avec une terrasse sympa par beau temps …..

L’appartement était très propre et très fonctionnel. Il est très bien placé et bien isolé car il donne sur un des boulevards les plus passant d’Aix les Bains.

Un petit bémol pour la terrasse qui en cas de pluie devient impraticable c’est dommage.

L’appartement est très bien équipé, très spacieux et bien placé.

Il manque juste un rideau dans le salon pour la personne qui dort sur le canapé lit (surtout en période estivale).

Apartament tranquil però per estada curta

La zona cuina menjador és ample i lluminosa i la terrassa és gegant. El bany és ample i nou.

Es troba a la planta superior i l'accés és complicat. L'aire condicionat fa molt soroll. La roba de llit estava desgastada i no feia sensació de neta.

Non conforme aux photos

La surface et les ventilateurs.

Le logement ne correspondait pas aux photos ni aux attentes. Plusieurs points très décevants : l’appartement était très bruyant, il n’y avait pas d’alèses sur les matelas (manque d’hygiène), le lave-vaisselle était sale et inutilisable, la fixation de la douche était cassée, et la tête de lit était dans un état sale. L’entretien général laisse vraiment à désirer. Expérience décevante, je ne recommanderais pas cet hébergement en l’état.

Confortable, moderne, Bonne literie, propre et situation stratégique pour une étape. Arrivée facile. Vue imprenable. Superbe.

Rue passante donc bruit de voitures. Nous ne sommes pas habitués. Climatisation ok mais il faut savoir que c'est une mobile. Prévoir produits d’hygiène (papier toilette, éponge) pour plus de confort.

la disponibilité de notre hôte en effet, il m'avait envoyé tous les éléments par mail mais je ne les avais pas lu, en arrivant j'étais un peu perdu et il nous a patiemment dirigé. l'appartement est spacieux et est très bien équipé

Très bel appartement au Lac du Bourget

Appartement refait à neuf très propre et proche de toutes commodités. La plage du lac du Bourget est à 5-10 minutes à pied. La situation géographique est centrale entre Chambéry et Annecy. Place de parking devant l'appartement. Hôte disponible et sympathique.

Par moment légère odeur de cuisine probablement en lien avec le resto du dessous, mais pas de nuisance sonore.

Idéal pour nous qui étions de passage

Le rapport qualité prix, la qualité de l’appartement et l’emplacement. Un très bon accueil.

L’établissement était en travaux et les volets n’étaient pas en place et la mauvaise évaluation de la douche, ça déborde très facilement.

Top moderne und bequeme Unterkunft

Super modernes appartement, sehr schönes Design, praktisch funktional, super sauber! Die location ist direkt an der Straße, aber es ist sehr nah zum See. Das einzige, was wir nicht gut fanden: Handtücher sind nicht inkludiert, sondern nur gegen Aufpreis. Wir haben das erst nach der Ankunft festgestellt... Ansonsten war aber alles top für uns 4 köpfige Familie. Definitiv zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
