Great modern apartment

Apartment is exactly like in the pictures, modern and you have everything available. Kitchen well stocked, even a small grill on the balcony. Very clean with plenty of space to sleep and work as well. Good parking spot underground and easy to navigate. We liked the neighborhood, you can walk to the city center. We enjoyed the time spent.

Key collection was a hassle. We had asked for check-in instructions prior to arrival and were informed that someone would meet us there. We arrived at the time we said we would and waited 1h outside in the car for someone to come. We called multiple times and messaged though booking and when they finally picked it said someone will come in 15 min. The person with the keys had no idea we had arrived and it was very poor communication with the person managing the booking. At check out the same person was supposed to get the keys, we confirmed a time, they never showed up, we called and they had forgotten about it. We finally left the keys in the postbox. We were there by car and could manage being late, but I cannot imagine this happening to someone catching a bus or plane.

Lovely modern property in a quiet street 10 mins from city centre

Lovely modern apartment, located on the third floor of a secure building with an underground car park. Jean-Michel met us and showed us through the apartment, handing over the keys and explaining everything, The apartment is clean and has everything you could need to make your stay amazing. The bathroom is large and modern with a washing machine. The kitchen has a large fridge, dishwasher, and every appliance you could need. It was lovely to wake up each day and see so many mountains from the windows and the balcony. A ten minute walk down the street, through the underpass, and you're into the centre of the old town. The quiet street also meant it was easy to get the car in and out, and drive in any direction easily to enjoy the beautiful surrounding areas. We would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

Super logement !

Logement en excellent etat, tres bien équipé (il y a tout) et decoration avec gout, terrasse sympa pour 2, tres calme et bien placé versus le centre-ville (10mn à pied). Place de parking en sous-sol appréciable. L’accueil est fait par Jean-Michel qui est tres agréable et sympa, disponible, et répond à toute question, tres pro ! Je recommande ce logement.

Une adresse à retenir

Je me suis sentie comme à la maison ! Tout était parfait, de la décoration aux ustensiles de cuisine (!) en passant par la qualité de la literie, la propreté irréprochable, le calme , la proximité avec le lac et la ville. Merci à Jean-Michel pour son accueil chaleureux et professionnel, sa disponibilité et ses bons conseils pour visiter la région

Je réserverai lors d un prochain séjour

Je suis ravi de cet appartement de 39 m² dans l’immeuble Les Myrtilles à Aix-les-Bains, qui offre un confort optimal avec un lit très confortable, une climatisation parfaitement installée pour un rafraîchissement efficace, ainsi qu’une excellente insonorisation garantissant un calme appréciable. Tous les équipements nécessaires sont présents pour un séjour agréable, et le linge de toilette ainsi que le linge de cuisine sont fournis, ce qui facilite grandement la vie au quotidien. Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement Jean Michel pour son professionnalisme, son dévouement et sa gentillesse, qui ont rendu cette expérience particulièrement agréable et sans souci.

Prachtig appartement!

Fijne locatie, 10 minuten lopen naar centrum en 20 minuten lopen naar het meer. Mooi appartement met alles aanwezig wat je je maar kan bedenken. Gesloten garage met vaste plek. (wel hele smalle plek)

Wij vinden het bed van 1.40 breed echt veel te smal en niet meer van deze tijd. Verder wel goed matras. Alleen zouden wij om deze reden helaas niet nog eens terugkomen.
