BRAND NEW! Farnborough Air Show Serviced Home X2 FREE Parking By Redwood Stays

The home itself is very new, beautifully maintained, and fitted with very modern facilities, the property and the bed linen are very clean.

However, a few aspects of our host's hospitality and communication left much to be desired. First, the basic provisions were extremely stingy. For 10 guests staying two nights and paying £675 we were only provided with a single bin bag (already in the bin), one dishwasher tablet, and one laundry capsule. When we inquired about extra bin liners, dishwasher tablets, and laundry capsules, the host simply replied that we had to purchase any additional supplies ourselves. It feels completely unreasonable to expect a large group staying just two nights to go out of their way to a supermarket just to buy entire packs of basic cleaning supplies. If basic amenities are strictly limited like this, it should be explicitly stated in the listing beforehand so guests can prepare in advance. Second, the parking advice lacked helpfulness and flexibility. Before our trip, I asked twice if we could park three cars. The host firmly insisted: "Yes, you can park 2 cars in front of the house, and for the other 1, please find alternative parking nearby." However, upon arrival, we discovered the house is in a very quiet residential neighborhood with multiple empty spaces right in front where a third car could easily and safely park. As guests unfamiliar with the area, we relied on the host for practical guidance.
