Modern clean and spacious
No blinds or curtains on windows, no extractor in bathroom and the bath/shower had no non slip mat. We were not made aware at the time of booking that flat No. 2 had no parking space .. all other flats did ?

I got clear instructions and even a video on how to get the keys from the key safe. The apartment was so spacious, and convenient for a visit with my family in Farnborough. Plus it is only 30 mnutes from Heathrow, so we could drop my mum-in-law off for her 7am flight very conveniently. And very reasonably priced compared to other hotels. The building felt very safe.
The fan was broken, but it was replaced on the day - thank you! I would like to see the scuff marks on the walls wiped and the stain on the carpet cleaned before I visit again - but we will definitelybe back. A truely lovely apartment.

Localização, silêncio, conforto das camas, apartamento muito bom com aquecimento e uma excelente varanda. Eu fui trabalhar e fui sozinho, mas poderia facilmente ir com minha família. É um espaço muito bom.
Tivemos um problema para pagamento e retirada das chaves, mas fui muito bem atendido pelo Whatsapp e prontamente solucionamos o problema. É importante lembrar que não tem elevador e fica no terceiro andar. Isso não foi um problema para mim, mas é bom lembrar para quem vai com muitas bagagens ou tem problemas com escadas.
