Only 10mins from Hurlands and close to shops and restaurants. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and clean.
When we pulled out the sofa bed, there was dirt and rubbish underneath. The sheet covering the bed was also grubby. The glass shelf above the sink is a bit dangerous. I hit my head on it a few times trying to wash my face

Close to Farnborough Convention Centre and decent price.
Apartment was dirty, food on carpet and chairs. Shower leaks over floor, difficult layout with not much space.
Also had to provide additional security bond and passport ID outside of booking.com and they reserve the right to deny entry if you don't provide regardless if you have already paid the full price on booking.com
