Good and quiet location, next to a park and close to shops. Easy to enter the building, no problems with guests or owners of the other apartments in the building. Bathroom with bath was good. Presence of washing machine a bonus. Very easy and fast communication with management, which helped as they were fast with responses to our questions and requests (e.g. to extend our stay or what to do when a fuse blew).
The sofa bed is not very comfortable for an adult. Few things could be added to the kitchen, like wooden spoons, a good working garlic press, some more plates and bowls. In summer a fan would be a welcome addition.
