K118 - in Camber Sands Leisure Centre

The property is nicely located beside a peaceful body of water (canal/ stream) which I loved… it was clean and an access to a good sized television 😜

Wished we had time to stay longer.

Location and hosting was superb

Outdoor furniture condition could be refreshed

All good. Quiet location. Easy parking. Comfortable beds and air con was a godsend.

The pillows were soft. The place was well equipped with tv and ac. Good kitchen unit.

False marketing 1) The swimming pool and leisure is not included in the room price but that’s not mentioned until you arrive! So look forward to paying £25 each extra! False marketing 2) Also the beach is really far from the actual house. We had to drive to the beach entrance otherwise you can see yourselves on 30 minutes with all the beach bags! Finding the house is a trick - which had it been explained before booking you’d think twice! Unreasonable management 3) I explained I had children and baby so early check out wasn’t easy. So they extended it by 30 whole minutes to 10:30! Who goes on holiday to check out this early! Also check in isn’t till 4:00pm! So you are barely getting much time in! Take your own toiletries and towels! Food, drinks and water. Barely any shops nearby!
