Loved the homeliness feel to the caravan, single beds really comfy, kitchen well stocked they had everything we needed. Shower was really good, the site its self was really good and powerful loved the splash park singer on sunday was amazing! Communication with caravan owner was really good 👍 we had issues with the fridge which was sorted immediately even though we messaged late at night.

Caravan needs a deep clean. Eg window frames cobwebs, pet hair, mould stains in shower, tooth paste on the sink when we arrived. there was actually a lump of mould in one of the plastic beakers. Didn't feel safe on the decking creaky and steps didnt feel safe, the sofa bed was shocking!! So thin and uncomfortable, you need to get a better mattress for that, absolute joke, is was really crumby and had clumpsnof pet hair under and in between sofa cushions, hoover stank aswell, Also in the swimming pool changing rooms me and my daughter were using the disabled shower/changing , as my daughter is blind and has a back brace on due to scoliosis surgery it was disgusting I wanted to shower her but darent even sit her on the shower bench as it was absolutely covered in mould stains as were all the tiles and grab rails, i used the long blue bench to get her changed and it was unstable and wobbly will not be bringing her back to the pool.

Quiet location, well equipped kitchen, comfortable

The facilities were good but expensive for what was offered and basic entertainment

Unfortunately accommodation wasn't clean had to call at 4pm Sat outside for 1 to 1 1/2hrs until it was ready. Didn't get in until 5.45pm

The caravan wasn’t clean which was a shame as we had been before, However that was a few years ago and since the covers on the Sofia’s have got dirty and worn, the carpet again was dirty and coming up at the edge. The dvd and fire did not work and there was a broken hook on tne bedroom door. A door handle to main bedroom was broke and blind to frame by door damaged. Which is a shame as the owner has clearly spent blots of money on it with little nick naks to make it nice. The coffee table top was terribly damaged since our last visit.
