Brilliant location, easy to find, easy access
It wasn't very clean. Had chips in the sofa, spider webs and dust. In the bedroom the window lock was broken (2 locks but one broken). The fridge door can't close properly (but works and keeps the food and drinks cool.

Van was lovely and clean. Hosts were very helpful.
The actual Parkdean staff were lazy and customer service poor. Disappointing that the entertainment passes are so expensive. In peak season they are £28.50 per person regardless if you stay for 1 night or 7 nights.

Clean and comfortable caravan, great location, and close to all amenities. We had a lovely stay and enjoyed our time at Camber Sands.
Overall, we had a good stay. The only minor issues were that the Wi-Fi could have been better and some areas of the caravan could benefit from a little updating. Other than that, everything was satisfactory.

Booking.com has it listed as 8 berth 3 bed. It’s not, it’s 6 berth 2 bed. We had to sweep and mop the floors, the caravan was tired, leaky radiator in bathroom, dirty cutlery, plates, cooking pans, badly rusty microwave, oven grill missing, garden furniture rusty and dirty.
