The location is the best it’s walking distance to camber beach
The property has been used and has ware and tear for the price I paid it was expected but there is extra fees I was not expecting to pay, a surcharge of £15 for electricity and gas.

Really good price and when I was having trouble gaining access the property were very prompt in responding to me
The caravan was quite cold in the night, and was very difficult to find as the the caravan park is very large with poor signal and minimal signs so I spent a large amount of time training to gain access to the wrong caravan
