The location is the best it’s walking distance to camber beach
The property has been used and has ware and tear for the price I paid it was expected but there is extra fees I was not expecting to pay, a surcharge of £15 for electricity and gas.

Due to health problems with my epilepsy overslept and was not able to meet my checkout time, we was only half hour over but the lovely amazing host was so amazing and professional and made me feel at ease with being late. Truly so welcoming & hostess with the mostess!! Thank you we would defo come again and recommend to everyone. Beautiful clean & cosy.
