Nice and spacious place, could park just next to it. Very well kitted out kitchen, clean and hospitable. Very close to the beach (3 minutes walk) and great fish and chip shop - "Fish me a dish" try it !
Extra money chargeable for wifi access. We had 2 towels for us all. 2 adults and 2 children. One bin bag, no bags left to put any extra litter in. Host has plugged in some air freshener to wall socket and left it on. When we first came in the smell was so strong that our little boy (4yrs) was sick at the point of entering the house.

The caravan was lovely it was very comfortable,clean and nice decking area and everything you need inside for your break . Would definitely stay in one of them again if was on a different site the rental team are great kept us updated about our trip and was on hand if needed.
The actual park dean site needs a bit of a update as it looks a bit tired and could do with more parking near the caravans as the spaces fill up very quickly then you are driving round and round for a space which could be no where near your caravan .
