Welcome to Sunswept Unit 804, a stunning 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath beachfront condominium located right in the middle of Orange Beach, Alabama. This top floor, two story unit comfortably sleeps 6 and offers direct beach access along with incredible Gulf views from not one, but two private balconies.
As you enter the main level, you’ll find both bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. The primary bedroom is located on the beachside and features a private balcony overlooking the Gulf, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while listening to the waves.
Upstairs, you’ll find a spacious and comfortable living area with access to the second balcony, offering an even higher vantage point of those beautiful Gulf views. Just behind the living room is the open, fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals and snacks during your stay. This level also includes a convenient half bath, a stack washer and dryer, and access to a bonus outdoor roof space where you can relax and enjoy views of Perdido Beach Boulevard and catch a gorgeous Alabama sunset.
When it’s time for fun in the sun, head down to the large outdoor pool with plenty of space for lounging. There’s also a grassy area for kids to run and play, and a gated boardwalk that leads directly to the beach. Bring your own beach gear or rent chairs and umbrellas onsite during the busy season. This stretch of beach offers plenty of room to spread out and truly unwind. Grills are available along the front of the building, perfect for cooking up a steak or your fresh catch of the day.
One of the best features of Sunswept is its unbeatable location. Rouses Market is just across the street to the east, and Neighborhood Walmart is directly across to the west. Several restaurants, ice cream shops, and beach supply stores are within walking distance, so you can leave the car parked. You’re also just a short drive from popular events like the National Shrimp Festival in October, the Mullet Toss in April, and concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater.
No matter the season, there is always a reason to visit Orange Beach. Life is better in flip flops, and life is even better at Sunswept Unit 804.
