Downtown, 3-bedroom top-floor apartment with breathtaking views of Mont-Saint-Clair, air-conditioned! This superb 3-bedroom apartment is located on the 4th and top floor (no elevator) of a small building in downtown Sète and boasts a magnificent, exceptional view of Mont-Saint-Clair. Spacious, modern, and quiet. The large living area features a sitting area with two sofas and includes a SMART HD TV. There is also a dining area with a table that seats six people. And finally, the kitchen area is fully equipped and furnished with everything you need for cooking and dining. It includes an oven, refrigerator, induction cooktop, De’Longhi coffee maker (for ground coffee), electric kettle, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. For sleeping arrangements, there are three beautiful bedrooms, each with a 160-cm bed and its own independent reversible air conditioning. There is a small bathroom with a sink and a walk-in shower. A second bathroom features a sink, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. And finally, there is a separate toilet. The balcony, complete with a bistro table, is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast and, above all, take in the view of Mont St-Clair. The apartment is fully air-conditioned and offers Wi-Fi internet access. Please note that check-in is self-service starting at 4:00 PM. You must stop by the concierge desk before heading to your accommodation’s address. If you arrive before 6:00 PM, we’ll be happy to meet you; otherwise, you can pick up your keys on your own (24/7). All arrival information will be sent to you 48 hours before the start of your stay via your Airbnb inbox. We do not charge a cleaning fee in order to offer the best rate. Please leave the place clean upon your departure. Our housekeeper will then come by to disinfect surfaces, restock linens, and replenish supplies. If you’d prefer not to clean, you can add a cleaning option for an additional fee once your reservation is confirmed. For your comfort and to help you travel light, you’ll find the following upon arrival: A clean home! All linens: sheets (bed made), bath towels, dish towels.
