About this apartment rental
Right in the heart of Sète—OLD PORT NEIGHBORHOOD—luxury Haussmann-style apartment, 102 m²—3 air-conditioned bedrooms, terrace, and balcony. Netflix. Fiber.
Ideally located on Sète’s main shopping street, 300m from the pedestrian streets and the central market, our apartment is on the 1st floor and features a quiet rear terrace and two small front balconies offering a beautiful view of the harbor.
Extremely quiet and bright, it has just been renovated and completely redecorated.
The Apartment
The nearest beaches are just a 15-minute walk away!
This is also our vacation apartment, and we’ve decorated it with our personal belongings, giving it a warm, homey feel.
Two bathrooms and two toilets are at your disposal.
The bedding is new and of very high quality. The beds will be made upon your arrival, and towels will be placed on each bed for all guests.
The building is very quiet; please avoid making noise after 10 p.m.

We had a fantastic stay at the apartment. We were happy that everything was available, like the basics of oil and vinegar, herbs, water… the apartment is spacious and perfectly located. I would change the online information a bit: the third bedroom only has a sleeping couch. The balcony is not open, it was old and dirty, overlooking a dirty courtyard. The garage has garage boxes which were too low for our 2.10 meter van, although I asked for the measurements. But we truly enjoyed our stay and I would definitely recommend it to friends! Everything is on walking distance. It is quiet and the beds are great. Hopefully till next time!!!
