L'endroit est super, moderne et très vaste, sur 2 étages avec une belle terrasse. Très bien équipé côté cuisine, 2 places de stationnement. Petite marche pour aller a la plage, un 15 mins, probablement mieux que d'y aller en voiture .
On doit piler sur des oeufs sans les casser, les planchers étant très, très et très mal isolé, une visite systématique des propriétaires du bas est a prévoir. Plusieurs troubles de climatisation. Les nombreuse douches sont très jolies mais peu pratiques au quotidien.
