Contactless keypad entry is provided. Check-in instructions are sent 48 hours before arrival, and emergency contacts are available if needed.
This quiet residential neighborhood just north of Highway 160 offers a peaceful Pagosa Springs mountain setting near Uptown golf, restaurants, groceries, and Walmart. Historic downtown and the hot springs are about 5 minutes away, with Wolf Creek and other outdoor recreation within driving distance.
Guests have access to the entire home, backyard, deck, and attached two-car garage. Enter through the front door using the provided keypad code. The private office and laundry room are available for guest use.

The open living area features soaring vaulted ceilings and beautiful wood beams, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The main level includes a junior primary suite with a queen bed, along with a convenient half bath for guests. Down the hallway off the dining room is the primary suite, featuring a king bed and a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.
Adjacent to the kitchen and dining area is a generously sized laundry room with ample shelving for storage. This space provides direct access to the attached two-car garage, which is available for guest use.

We like to boast the most snow in Colorado. Should guests be visiting during winter months expect snow! Expect driving in snow, walking in snow, and playing in snow. Ensure the vehicle you are using has 4-wheel drive capabilities. Refunds will not be issued because of weather. (Unless previously discussed and authorized by management.)
