Main roads are maintained throughout the day, however, many side roads receive less attention and every driveway has a different terrain. For your safety, 4 Wheel Drive/All Wheel Drive or two-wheel drive with accessible chains or cables are recommended for Colorado travel November-May.

HOUSE LAYOUT:

As you enter you are greeted by a large open floor plan with the dining room to your left and spacious living room and kitchen straight ahead. The large windows allow ample natural light and the wood burning stove will keep you toasty on snowy winter nights. To your right is the primary bedroom featuring a king bed and en suite bathroom with a large soaking tub. Down the hall to the left of the kitchen are the two additional bedrooms with king size beds and a full bathroom with tub/shower combination. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a great meal for your family and friends and the living room opens up onto a large deck with a BBQ grill and outdoor seating that overlooks the beautiful wooded yard. The entire yard is fenced, creating a safe space for pets and kids to play. Upstairs you will find the large 4th bedroom with its own gas fireplace, queen bed and two twin beds.

- Hot tub rules and instructions are posted at the home. The homeowner has invested in this popular amenity for your enjoyment. As with the rest of the home, please treat it with care and respect. Abuse of the hot tub WILL result in additional charges which can range from the cost to drain and clean the hot tub to repairing damage and replacing broken/damaged parts. Damage and additional cleaning due hot tub abuse is avoidable therefore NOT covered by the limited damage waiver. Do not allow children to use the hot tub unsupervised. You must report any accidental damage immediately.
